Purchase and license
LoopMaker is sold as a one-time USD $49 license with no recurring subscription. A license is for one person and may be active on one Mac at a time. You may deactivate it and transfer it to another Mac. You may not share, resell, publish, or distribute the license key or the app.
Permitted use
You may use LoopMaker for personal and commercial creative work. You may not use it to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass licensing controls, or reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Generated music
LoopMaker does not claim ownership of music you generate. You may use generated tracks royalty-free, including in videos, games, podcasts, client work, and releases, without attribution to LoopMaker. Because generative systems can produce unexpected similarities, we do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, or free of every third-party claim. You are responsible for reviewing how you use and publish an output.
Refunds
LoopMaker includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider and may take additional time to appear.
Requirements and availability
LoopMaker requires a supported Apple Silicon Mac, sufficient storage, and internet access for license operations, updates, and the initial model download. Performance and output quality depend on your hardware, settings, and model availability. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while maintaining reasonable access to the purchased software where practical.
Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to LoopMaker will not exceed the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
